The electric motor operating device 6 has an electromotive function mode switching structure in which the electromotive function that becomes the operation target is selected by the rotation position switching of the operation part 10, and has an actuation control structure in which the selected electromotive operation is actuated to operate by the slide position switching toward the radial direction of the operation part 10. The operation part 10 has a constitution that it is returned to the original rotation position by energization when the operation force for switching the rotation position is released.
