PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a user needs to manually create teacher data from an image in advance, and needs advance knowledge in creating a taxonomic image.;SOLUTION: An image 402 and map data 401 are associated, and an object region is specified on an image on the basis of the map data, and featured values are extracted from the object region.
