PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface material of a washing place floor for bathroom being manufacturable by a simple method and having a hydrophilic drain channel and a projecting part having surface characteristic being different from that of the drain channel and to provide the washing place floor and a manufacturing method for the surface material.;SOLUTION: This surface material of the washing place floor for bathroom has a laminated machining material 18 including an upper part sheet 11 being the uppermost surface of the washing place floor for bathroom and a lower part sheet 12 laminated below the upper part sheet and having higher hydrophilic performance than that of the upper part sheet.
