PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise situation detector for a muscular strength training machine which can accumulate and display tests before starting a muscular training and exercise situation data at the time of the muscular training by measuring them, together with various set data.;SOLUTION: The muscular strength training machine 4 includes a training apparatus body 2, and a load imparting apparatus 3 for training. The muscular strength training machine 4 includes: a rotation detecting sensor 51 which can detect the rotation direction and the rotation amount of the main shaft in the load imparting apparatus 3 for training; and a data processing apparatus 52 which stores the rotation direction and the rotation amount from the rotation detecting sensor 51 in a data base together with the set data including at least a load amount or various body status information of a person who is training and data required for other measurements, and performs a preparing process for display data such as display data or printing data conforming to various set data from the data base.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
