PSOLUTION: The highly heat conductive thermal fixing roll or highly heat conductive thermal fixing belt includes 100 pts.mass of a heat-curable silicone rubber composition and 50-800 pts.mass of silicon carbide having an iron content of up to 0.2 mass% at the surface and an average particle size of 1-50 m.
