PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash settlement system, which allows a user to easily perform settlement processing for a small payment or the like by use of a communication device such as a cellular phone and a vending machine.;SOLUTION: The cash settlement system includes: a cash input processing device which has unique identification information and executes cash input processing based on predetermined processing information; a communication device which transmits predetermined information including identification information; and a cash settlement processing device which authenticates, when the predetermined information is transmitted from the communication device, whether the communication device is used by an appropriate user by comparing the predetermined information with preliminarily stored information by a specific method, and performs predetermined cash settlement processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
