PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transfer efficiency in transferring data to a common bus.;SOLUTION: An arbitration device holds a changeover time to be required for changing-over right to access to the common bus among a plurality of DSPs, and obtains the respective phase shift values of a plurality of DSPs, based on the change-over time and temperature information of the DSPs, which is received when the temperature of the DSPs is equal to or higher than a prescribed threshold, and then, generates and outputs different clocks by each DSP through the use of a reference clock transmitted by an oscillator and the obtained phase shift values.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
