PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production facility for worker with disability, which is focused on deterioration of operating efficiency. PSOLUTION: In a first operation line 62 shown in (a), workers with disabilities 53A-53E are engaged in predetermined operations, and the quota assigned to the workers 53A-53E is larger than that assigned to workers with disabilities 53F-53H in a second operation line 63. If the operating efficiency of the worker 53A is deteriorated, an operation desk 10A and an operation desk 10F are interchanged as shown in (b), and the worker 53A with high operating efficiency is replaced by the worker 53F, whereby the operating efficiency in the first operation line 62 is restored.
