ATTITUDE MONITORING DEVICE OF ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVER, AND ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVER WITH ATTITUDE MONITORING DEVICE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely avoid careless screwing operation with an electric screwdriver tilted exceeding allowance. PSOLUTION: An attitude monitoring device 200 of the electric screwdriver includes an acceleration sensor 211; a distance sensor 220; a one-chip microcomputer 213; a buzzer driving section 215; and a buzzer 216. The tilt and height of the electric screwdriver are measured by the acceleration sensor 211 and the distance sensor 220. The one-chip microcomputer 213 determines whether the tilt of the electric screwdriver is a tilt of a threshold angle or more, and whether the height of the electric screwdriver is a height approaching a screwing object within a threshold height. The buzzer driving section 215 and the buzzer 216 issue an alarm sound upon the fact that the electric screwdriver is tilted exceeding the threshold angle, and approaches the screwing object within the threshold height.
