Using the GPS/GNSS signal, it offers the method of doing the time transfer of sub microsecond in the GPS/GNSS receiver. The complex baseband signal and the formation PN cord/code which are digitalized it correlates mutually concerning each cord/code period, complex correlation value is output in the cord/code epoch of the formation PN cord/code, the line of the correlation value which is output forms the data stream which displays navigation message. The bit synchronizer, generates bit synchronization pulse in bit boundary. The plural sub frames are searched, position of the target segment which possesses the known line in known bit position of navigation message by adding the search result of the plural sub frames, is detected. From position of the target segment transmitted time of the target segment specified time the indefiniteness it is decided with. Using the approximate time which is obtained from external source, time the indefiniteness accurate local time is decided by solving.
