PSOLUTION: A template ontology 6 as the template of a personal ontology obtained by conceptually hierarchized personal interest information is stored in a server 5, and a frequent word extracting means 5a applies morphemic analysis to blog entries 7a to 7n, 8a to 8n and 9a to 9n to extract morphemes frequently appearing in the plurality of blog entries 7a to 7n, 8a to 8n and 9a to 9n owned by the same user, and a classifier applying means 5b applies respective morphemes frequently appearing in the blog entries 7a to 7n, 8a to 8n and 9a to 9n to the template ontology 6, and when there is any character string matched with a class or instance in the template ontology 6, a personal ontology extracting means 5c extracts a direct descendant class and instance to the class or instance as a personal ontology from the route class of the template ontology 6.
