PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that no attention is paid to an error of an H/W(hardware) clock itself responsible for a time of an internal clock of each receiver terminal in a conventional synchronizing method for a plurality of receiver terminals by time synchronization, and furthermore, the H/W clock itself varies in precision under various conditions such as a load increase, a temperature, humidity, and a voltage of a receiver terminal. PSOLUTION: A receiving terminal side corrects hardware interruption in accordance with the advance of a time concerning current time information which is a reference and transmitted at a predetermined interval. Therefore, the progression of a time is made close to or similar to the advance of the time represented by the current time information transmitted periodically at a predetermined interval.
