PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sugar level analysis system, program and method capable of providing information useful for preventing and diagnosing the diabetes based on a digitized sugar metabolism function by extracting a sugar metabolism function from blood sugar level data of a patient as patient specific information and digitizing it to make an index. PSOLUTION: This blood sugar level data analysis system 1 is provided with a blood sugar level measurement data database 5 storing the measurement data of blood sugar levels at respective times of an object person; and a diabetes index calculation means 6 finding the index of the sugar metabolism of the object person as a numerical value based on the blood sugar level measurement data read from the blood sugar level measurement data database 5 using a mathematical expression obtained by modeling the sugar metabolism function of the object person in a linear system defined with at least one of the amount of meals or the amount of physical activity of the object person as an input and the measurement data of blood sugar level as an output and expressed with a secondary delay element.
