PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health monitoring supporting device, and a health monitoring system capable of correctly acquiring body information of a person for measurement useful for the health monitoring in a cabin or the like. PSOLUTION: In Step 100, the measurement necessary for determining the timing is started. In Step 110, the behavior of a vehicle is checked. In Step 120, navigation information is checked. In Step 130, it is determined whether or not the timing is one for detecting the body condition based on information obtained in Steps 100-120. In Step 140, the timing reaches one for detecting the body condition, and the body condition is detected. In Step 150, it is determined whether or not the detected data is adequate. In Step 160, the result of detection and the condition for measurement are stored in a memory. In Step 170, the data of the result of detection stored in the memory is summarized.
