PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine, prior to the start of actual work, whether a system is still suspended, to grasp the content of determination of the system suspension, based on the state of communication facility, so as to increase efficiency of network communication facility suspension work.;SOLUTION: The network management control system is equipped with: a server 111; a terminal device 10 that is connected with the server 111 so that it exchanges work information with the server 111; and a communication facility 112 that is connected with the server 111 so that it may exchange information I-ap and I-cb concerning the operation state of the communication facility with the server 111. When work start notification S-pr is transmitted to the server 111 from a work terminal device 10X in charge, the communication facility 112 to be worked is asked for the information I-ap and I-cb concerning operation state of the communication facility, and then, when the information I-ap and I-cb are transmitted from the facility 112 to be worked, they are stored in databases 141 and 143. The stored information I-ap and I-cb are used to determine whether the network system is suspended, and the determination result SD-y is transmitted to the work terminal device 10X in charge for displaying.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
