As for this invention, being non competitive immunity assay method because of small analysis ones, it can direct to the assay method which reacts with two connection partners analysis ones. The 1st connection partner, connecting to analysis ones, forms the mixture between the 1st connection partner and analysis ones, the 2nd connection partner connects with the mixture which is formed by the 1st connection partner and analysis ones. The mixture which is formed it occurs between analysis ones and the connection partner is detected. The connection partner is protein such as the antibody which includes antibody fragment. This invention, furthermore, in useful reagent opposite and the test kit, and in use of reagent opposite, and regards the method for these manufacturing in this assay method. Also expedient for the new reagent and these manufacturing is offered.
