PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily transfer data. PSOLUTION: Areas of the same use are formed in memories of noncontact IC chips 1, 2, and the same key is allocated thereto. When transferring the data from the noncontact IC chip 1 to the noncontact IC chip 2, mutual authentication is executed by transmitting and receiving a random number generated from the prescribed key allocated to the memories. When the mutual authentication is finished, a transferring key is generated in the noncontact IC chips 1, 2 based on the random number used in the mutual authentication. Data of a transfer object enciphered by the transferring key are transmitted from the noncontact IC chip 1 to the noncontact IC chip 2, and the transferring key is used to acquire the data of the transfer object in the noncontact IC chip 2.
