Powdery composition of crystallized maltitol, having a laser volume average diameter of 10-150 mu m and a richness of 80-99.9 wt.% in maltitol; at least 50 wt.% of the particles flow through a sieve of cutoff threshold of 2000 mu m according to a test A1; and at least 35 wt.% of the particles flow through a sieve of cutoff threshold of 2000 mu m according to a test A2, is claimed.
