Until a predetermined time t1ref is elapsed after the rapid change of the detection temperature Tms is determined, it determines that the failure occurs in the temperature sensor when a state that an absolute value of a detection process temperature difference ΔTmsp between the detection temperature Tms and the process temperature Tmp is a predetermined difference Tmref or more continues.
