PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new arming yeast having excellent heat resistance and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to a yeast in Pichia in which the enzyme is represented on the cell surface layer and to a method for producing the yeast in genus Pichia. The secretory signal sequence, the enzyme structure gene sequence, and the sugar chain bonding protein domain-encoding sequence, in order; or the secretory signal sequence, the sugar chain bonding protein domain-encoding sequence, and the enzyme structure gene sequence, in order, are used each to prepare a plasmid including one or the other of gene sets. Then, the plasmid is donated to the yeast in genus Pichia and the yeast is cultured in a medium including methanol.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
