PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database recovery method, database recovery unit and database recovery program, enabling the recovery of DB having consistency, using backup of DB and journals collected in a non-stop manner by adding serial numbers to journal records being output to a basic journal and an accumulated journal. PSOLUTION: At the time of the DB recovery, using the serial numbers added to the journal records, the serial numbers in the journal records are confirmed, and the recovery objects are formed only when the entire journal records are complete.
