PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely calculate the degree of the association of each word included in a document with respect to an object theme only by evaluating whether or not a user is associated with the object theme with respect to a small number of documents, and to achieve efficient and highly precise information retrieval.;SOLUTION: A word extraction/classification part 12 receives the evaluation of an evaluation object document, and extracts words from the evaluation object document, and classifies those words into positive words, negative words, and common words. A theme degree of an association calculation part 13 for a positive word, a theme degree of an association calculation part 14 for a common word, and a theme degree of an association calculation part 15 for a negative word calculate theme degrees of the association of the positive words, common words and negative words with respect to the object theme, respectively. A theme association word DB 16 stores and manages the theme degree of association. A retrieval means 11 generates a retrieval query from the words whose theme degree of association is high for performing retrieval, and determines the presentation sequence of documents based on the theme degrees of association.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
