PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-activating agent, a UV damage alleviating agent and a melanin inhibitor that have high stability because originating from natural products and are useful for skin aging prevention. PSOLUTION: The cell activating agent includes an aqueous extract from cacao shell, the UV damage alleviating agent includes the aqueous extract from cacao shell, and the melanin inhibitor also includes the aqueous extract from cacao shell.
