PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that most of conventional packaging boxes are of a tapered solid shape requiring assembling and bonding work, thus leading to an increase in places of stocking box parts, to complicated work to carry out following article storage, such as assembling, fastening, and fixing, and to difficulty in putting in and taking out a food through the sole opening/closing part formed on the top, and that separating and straightening glued folded parts of a plate described in patent document 4 is difficult because of a rigid fold line left on a paper base material.;SOLUTION: A packaging box for take-out is packaged and assembled by a series of processes of: unfolding a sheet material A in a state of Fig.2 without pasting; matching and attaching handle parts 1 to the unfolded sheet material A so that an article B is placed on a bottom face part 4 to be packaged there; inwardly folding equal-angle boundary outer fold lines 9a formed in four directions while raising second sidewall parts 5 through 90 degrees; and fitting handle hooking cutouts 1b into handle stopper holes 8b formed by outwardly folding handle-stopper-hole-bored wall parts 8. When the packaging box is opened, the article B can be taken out from right above or four directions.
