PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently create objects that constitute a drawing.;SOLUTION: A drawing control part 23 performs a process for setting starting point coordinates upon selection of the kind of drawing to be created. The drawing control part 23 then generates the extension lines of the starting point coordinates and cursor coordinates and specifies points of intersection between the extension lines and the other objects. Further, the drawing control part 23 displays candidate markers at the points of intersection. When a coordinate position where a selection input has been made coincides with the display position of any of the candidate markers and the candidate marker is selected, the drawing control part 23 switches the display according to the position of the candidate marker selected. The distance between the coordinates of the candidate selected and the cursor coordinates is calculated and output as the dimension of display for drawing support.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
