PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure performance of a monitoring system by use of a load wherein relation between frequency and multiplicity of a request is correct. PSOLUTION: After preprocessing (S1), an average execution time, first frequency, and first multiplicity (a present load) of the request are confirmed from a result obtained by performing time T buffering of a message flowing into the monitoring system from an information system (S2). Second frequency when sending the buffered message to the monitoring system is measured (S3). Second multiplicity corresponding to the second frequency is obtained in reference to the relation prescribed from the present load, and the message buffered by a time T at a frequency prescribed at a ratio of the second multiplicity to the first multiplicity is interleaved to adjust the multiplicity of the load (S4).
