PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an operation exclusive management device capable of guaranteeing data consistency from the reference of data to the updating thereof.;SOLUTION: When securement of the right of reference to a plurality of pieces of slip data is collectively requested from main operation program 1 prior to updating of data, a slip control part 10 of an operation exclusive management device 9 instructs a reference right management part 12 to secure the right of reference to slip data for which the right of update is not secured by another operation program 6, for the main operation program 1. In the case that the right to update the slip data is secured by another operation program 6 after the securement of the right of reference, the slip control part 10 invalidates the right of reference to slip data for the main operation program 1 and furthermore instructs an updating right management part 11 to secure the right of updating for the main operation program 1 with respect to slip data to which the right of reference has been secured by the main operation program 1, on the basis of a request from the main operation program 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
