PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart further high comfortableness to a walking human being by improving a heat environment of a space by restraining a rise in the ground surface temperature.;SOLUTION: Temperature rise restraining countermeasure areas 2 to the ground surface and its non-countermeasure areas 3 are alternately formed. The temperature rise restraining countermeasure areas 2 and its non-countermeasure areas 3 are desirably formed in a width of at least 2 m or more, and the divided number is also set to at least 4 or more.
