PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array antenna device capable of efficiently avoiding estimated interference to a priority system, and capable of restraining deterioration in communication quality with a communication party. PSOLUTION: A transfer function estimation section 32 estimates transfer function with the communicating party. A section 33 for estimating the number of interferences estimates the number of receiving stations in other observable communication systems. An interference power measuring section 34 estimates a propagation channel and a reception power P, according to a signal transmitted from the receiving station of other communication systems. A maximum interference power measuring section 35 measures an interference power reaching the maximum power. A weight calculating section 37 calculates a weighting value so that a value obtained, by multiplying propagation channel information on a signal, corresponding to the maximum power by the weighting value, is set to 0. A weight multiplication-combining section 38 combines the weighting value with a reception signal or the propagation channel information to the receiving station of other communication systems, having the possibility of becoming an interference estimated by a transfer function estimating section 32 to generate output information.
