PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress effects on parallel processing caused by changes of power consumption.;SOLUTION: An operation control unit 205 executes wireless communication processing by a wireless communication 201 and other processings, in parallel. When power consumption of a task to be executed by the operation control unit 205 changes, the operation control unit notifies the change of the power consumption to a comparator 204 so as to update a task management table stored in a storage 202. The comparator 204 compares whether the power consumption is larger than a prescribed threshold, on the basis of power consumption acquired by an acquisition part 203 and the power consumption of the task inputted by the operation control unit 205 so as to input the comparison result to the operation control unit 205. The operation control unit 205 executes control for suppressing the power consumption of a task low in priority, so that a task that is high in priority is executed normally, on the basis of the comparison result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
