PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a well-balanced contact area between a tire and a road surface without entirely giving influence on the rolling of a vehicle body and always depending on the lock of wheels of an automobile by causing the limited inclination of a wheel tending to the inside of a curve. ;SOLUTION: A chamber control system consists of a pair of upper suspension arm 14 and lower suspension arm 15 for at least one front and/or rear axle wheel 11 for an automobile. The outside ends of these suspension arms 14, 15 are articulated to a hub carrier and the inside ends 14b, 15b mounted on a body C of the automobile. Each pair of upper and lower suspension arms 14, 15 have the inside ends 14b, 15b articulated to the same pivot transmission lever 18 mounted to the vehicle body via the articulated connection. The rotating axis 19 of the pivot transmission lever 18 is located in a longitudinal and vertical plane of the automobile and the pivot transmission lever 18 is rotationally movable to cause the inclination of a wheel on the proper side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
