PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate the optimum posture of a workpiece for minimizing the occurrence of an air reservoir in immersion treatment without repeating try and error. PSOLUTION: An index data for evaluating the occurrence state of air pockets such as the occurrence number or the like of the air pockets is calculated at every setting of the gravity direction in one simulation and alloted to evaluation meshes divided corresponding to calculation cutting angles (Δψ and Δθ) to be visualized. In a case that there is a region "0" in node value (non-occurrence region of air pockets), the region of the node value of "0" is surrounded from the circumference to be throttled and the optimum posture of the work (the optimum suspending angle of the work) is calculated to discriminate and display the position of the work.
