PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a twofold box with a hinged lid.;SOLUTION: According to the method, a blank (19, 19a) having a first portion (20) forming a main body (2), and a second portion (21) forming the hinged lid (3) of the relative twofold box (1; 1a), is fed to a conveyor (43), and the relative first portion (20) forms two containers (13, 14) adjacent to each other, subsequently a pocket (43) is fed along a packaging passage (P) in a predetermined advancing direction (4) via a loading station (40) and an inverting station (50) following the same. In the loading station (40), the two containers simultaneously accommodate therein cigarette package groups (16; 16a, 16b), and in the inverting station (50), one of the two containers (13, 14) is inverted on the other one, to thereby form the main body (2) of the relative twofold box (1; 1a).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
