PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cleaning bath water, in which the mineral content of bath water can be removed by an ion exchange resin and the ion exchange resin can be regenerated.;SOLUTION: A pipeline 2 is arranged between a water intake 30 and a water circulating pump 32 while interposing a valve 3 between them and the ion exchange resin 1 is held in the pipeline. When the bath water from the water intake 30 is made to pass through the ion exchange resin 1 via the valve 3, the mineral content contained in the bath water is ion-exchanged and removed. The ion exchange resin 1 is regenerated by using sodium chloride in a sodium chloride tank 10. The sodium chloride in the sodium chloride tank 10 is electrolyzed for a predetermined time in an electrolytic cell 11 and the bath water is introduced into the electrolytic cell to prepare a sodium chloride solution having adequate concentration. The prepared sodium chloride solution is supplied to a bath water circulating line through a throttle valve 19. The ion exchange resin 1 is regenerated by forming a circulation route passing through a discharge valve 33, a heater 35, an ultraviolet sterilizer 36, a filtration tank 37, a valve 18, an injection pipeline 17, the valve 3, the ion exchange resin 1, the pipeline 2 and the water circulating pump 32 and returning to the discharge valve 33 and circulating the supplied sodium chloride solution through the circulation route.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
