PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay optical cables for the residents of a building in a short period at a low cost, by decreasing the number of supports of a vertical wiring way, without performing large-scale works of building, e.g. drilling of floor. PSOLUTION: The communication transmission line between the inside and outside of a building for connecting an external communication cable 3 with a distributor 11 provided on each floor comprises a main wiring board 10 for branching the external communication cable 3 arranged on floor at a lower part of the building, a distributor connection cable 7 for connecting the distributor 11 with an external communication cable connector 14 provided on the wall 32 of elevator shaft by floors, and an external communication cable 6 on each floor arranged in the elevator shaft 30, in order to connect the main wiring board 10 with each external communication cable connector 14.
