PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational regulation determining method in which the risk evaluation of the landslide disaster is performed by combining the effective rainfall of different half-life, and the optimum risk index is displayed and the operational regulation is correctly performed.;SOLUTION: The operational suspension duration by the combined effective rainfall of each half-life becomes T4 based on the operational suspension duration T1 by the effective rainfall characteristic (a) of the half-life of 1.5 hours, the operational suspension duration T2 by the effective rainfall characteristic (b) of the half-life of 6 hours, and the operational suspension duration T3 by the effective rainfall characteristic (c) of the half-life of 24 hours. The disaster occurs in a predetermined time delayed from the time at which the rainfall becomes maximum by penetration of rain, and the landslide disaster cannot be grasped in the present operational suspension duration T5. Since the operational suspension duration T4 is continued to the time t4 at which the effective rainfall of each half-life is reduced to one half from the maximum value, the landslide disaster at the time t3 is grasped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
