PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer electrically conductive GL (glass lining) in which static electricity is hard to be charged, durability and wear resistance are excellent, and also, the color tone of the electrically conductive GL layer on the outermost surface layer is made into a light color, and to provide a method for applying the same.;SOLUTION: On the surface of a metal base material, two ordinary GL layers composed of a lower coating ordinary glass lining (GL) layer fired without adding electrically conductive substances to glass frit and an upper coating ordinary GL layer, and at least two upper coating electrically conductive GL layers composed of a first upper coating electrically conductive GL layer obtained by adding different electrically conductive substances to glass frit and performing firing and a second upper coating electrically conductive GL layer are applied. Then, the color tone of the second upper coating electrically conductive GL layer as the outermost surface layer is a light color.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
