PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID transponder which can attain a large reaching range, as much as possible, and an excellent power matching, as much as possible, with a predetermined antenna volume, and further, can be a compact and a complete planar shape, as much as possible, and moreover, which can be properly reproduced technically. PSOLUTION: The antenna is constituted, by electrically connecting a first and second metallizings with each other which cover a dielectric supporting element. The first metallizing is patterned so as to form two electric terminals of the antenna; a chip can be formed on the first surface, and/or can be disposed at least locally so as to be included in the first surface, or be disposed in the first surface; and a matching network which conjugate-complex-matches its antenna and the chip is formed at least partially by patterning of the first metallizing.
