The object of the present invention is to maintain operation performance of unlock releasing operation of a operation rod, and also to increase operation performance of unlock releasing operation of a key section; a structure of a manual unlocking apparatus 45 includes a connecting section 55 disposed according to a method of connecting a lock member 41 disposed at upper side and a key section 47, the connecting section 55 being capable of moving alongside a direction in which a unlock position and a lock position move, and a lever linking section 56 linked with the operation rod 46; the connecting section 55 includes a connecting member 61 that can contacts or separates from a lever lateral connecting rod 66 alongside the direction of the unlock position and the lock position; according to the unlock releasing operation of the operation rod, the connecting member 61 could be connected with the lever lateral connecting rod 66 and moves alongside the direction of the unlock position and the lock position; and according to the unlock releasing operation of the key section 47, the connecting member 61 could move the structure alongside the direction in which the lever lateral connecting rod 66 leaves.
