PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficiency improvement device for a heat exchanger, a reduction rate verification method and a reduction rate verification device, capable of further effectively improving heat exchange efficiency by watering to a radiation fin, and preventing attachment of water stain and dirt to the radiation fin.;SOLUTION: This efficiency improvement device includes a water purifying section 3 for purifying the water, a tank 4 for storing the pure water purified by the water purifying section 3, and a watering section 6 for spraying the pure water in the tank 4 to the radiation fin 5 of the heat exchanger, a sensor St for measuring at least an outside air temperature T, and a control section 7 determining a lower limit threshold value Tt of the outside air temperature T for watering on the basis of the outside air temperature T measured by the sensor St, and intermittently controlling a watering time Ont to have an interval of a degree to evaporate the pure water sprayed from the watering section 6 in a state of attaching to the radiation fin 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
