PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam emission control method of a charged beam accelerator, capable of reducing the cost of an exposure dose control system and lessening errors of exposure dose, and to provide a particle beam irradiation system using the accelerator.;SOLUTION: In this charged beam irradiation system equipped with the charge particle beam accelerator 200 and structured so that a charged particle beam emitted from the charged particle beam accelerator is transported to the installation location of an object 16 to be irradiated, and this transported charged particle beam is irradiated to a specific irradiation portion of the object to be irradiated, the emitted beam intensity of the charged particle beam emitted from the charged particle beam accelerator is changed to two stages or more within one time irradiation corresponding to exposure of a planned dose set in advance for at least one irradiated portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
