PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-temperature superconducting current lead basic property test equipment that not only quickly tests the properties related to the current, magnetic field and temperature of an HTS (high temperature superconducting current) lead involving low-thermal infestation and low heat generation under proper conditions, but also obtains information about the design policy of a superconducting magnet to be included in the HTS lead.;SOLUTION: This high-temperature superconducting current lead basic property test equipment comprises a thermal shield body 51, an electromagnet 53 supported by this thermal shield body 51, a high-temperature superconducting current lead test object 52 to be placed within a magnetic field by this electromagnet 53, and a temperature setting means 58 for setting a temperature to be applied to this high-temperature superconducting current lead test object 52 via a lead connection part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
