PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a degree that a residual content of a pathway area and the like near a discharging opening is pushed out with a valve member (for stopping of the discharging opening) when the valve member returns from an operating mode to a rest mode, and to suppress sugging/hardening, outer draw, etc. of the residual content from the discharging opening.;SOLUTION: A horizontal pathway 3d of a nozzle 3a is arranged with a valve material 5 and an end part of rear side of the valve member(=a flange-like part 5b) is intermittently formed with a plurality of cut-out parts 5c. The horizontal pathway 3d always has a constant length from the discharging opening 3b to a blocking part 4 fixed to a head 3 of an operating part 1. Therefore, even when a user stops a pressing operation for the operating part 1 in the illustrated state and the valve member 5 returns forward with the action of a spring 6 to move to the rest mode for closing the discharging opening 3b, the degree that the residual content of the horizontal pathway 3d is pushed towards the discharging opening 3b with the end part of rear side of the valve member is small.
