PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dedicated reading device using a test piece capable of measuring multiple samples in a short time.;SOLUTION: The depth of a color of one or more specific control lines wherein a fixed color depth integrated into a test paper piece itself is shown is determined by calculating the concentration of a test specimen from a specimen information group expressed readably and numerically together with a measuring line which is characteristic to the test specimen and calibration curve information group such as a calibration curve approximate expression, lot information of the test paper piece and an interpolation expression which are recorded in a magnetic card or an IC card. Measurement of a reaction time is started by a measurement start key inputted simultaneously with drop of the test specimen onto the test paper piece, and light measurement is performed when reaching a reaction time inputted into a device as the calibration curve information group, to thereby determine the concentration of an unknown sample. Input of the measurement start key of the next test specimen is permitted in the reaction time, and measurement is performed after measurement finish of the preceding test specimen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
