PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying cement concrete and a quick-setting spraying cement concrete which can reduce rebound and improve setting property and strength manifestation. SOLUTION: This is a spraying cement concrete containing a rebound concrete. The rebound concrete can contain a quick-setting agent. The spraying cement concrete and the quick-setting spraying cement concrete containing the quick-setting agent can contain a calcium aluminate, an alkali metal aluminate and an alkali metal carbonate as a quick-setting agent.
