PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin fiber scarcely imparting adverse effects such as generation of harmful substance to the environment and to human body, and having an excellent flame resistance and weather resistance and capable of easily performing an electret treatment, and to provide a non-woven fabric and air filter, etc.;SOLUTION: The flame-retardant fiber is obtained by adhering a nonionic fiber processing agent comprising sorbitan fatty acid esters and polyoxyalkylene alkylethers as principal components to the fibers composed of at least one phosphazene compound selected from cyclic phosphazene compounds and linear phosphazene compounds, hindered amine compounds having a specific group, and the thermoplastic resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
