Decolorization control method, decolorization control device and wastewater treatment system for dyeing wastewater

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoloring method and apparatus for dyeing discharge water, and discharge water treatment system which can surely complete the addition of a chlorine oxidizing agent at the end point of decoloring. PSOLUTION: A decoloring controller 1A comprises a first decoloring tank 2 and a second decoloring tank 3 for decoloring the dyeing discharge water subjected to the prescribed treatment by adding the chlorine oxidizing agent to the discharge water. Chlorine oxidizing agent storage tanks 4, 5 inject the chlorine oxidizing agent into the first decoloring tank 2 and the second decoloring tank 3. The oxidation-reduction potentials (ORP) of the first decoloring tank 2 and the second decoloring tank 3 are measured by oxidation-reduction potentiometers 8, 9, and the measured signals are inputted into a control part 20. The control part 20 performs control so as to stop the addition of the chlorine oxidizing agent at the oxidation-reduction potential corresponding to just before the end point of the decoloring.
