PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of unsuitablenss of a reply message having content with no variety and a problem of a burden required from a message receiving user.;SOLUTION: A user A transmits a message to a user B (cf. (1) in a figure 1) via a server 30 (cf. (2) in the figure 1). When the user B does not return a reply to the message, the user A requests reply information for the message from the server 30 (cf. (3) in the figure 1). In receipt of the reply information, the server 30 generates the replay information from a user relationship information table 33 equipped in the server 30 (cf.
