PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus transmitting an electronic mail with inserted pictographs, specifically, an electronic apparatus transmitting an electronic mail with inserted pictographs and pictograph data, to which a private code with no transmission record is applied, as attached information, a pictograph mail transmission/reception method, a pictograph mail transmission/reception program, and a pictograph mail server.;SOLUTION: Pictograph data using the private code as a key and its transmission destination ID are held in a storage part, and the electronic mail and the pictograph data with no transmission record are transmitted as attached information in transmission.
