PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide folic acid-reinforced eggs increased in folic acid content and vitamin D content up to an extent of effectively using folic acid and vitamin D as replenishment sources, to provide poultry feed for producing the eggs, and to provide a method for producing the folic acid-reinforced eggs. PSOLUTION: This folic acid-reinforced egg containing 60 g of folic acid is obtained by giving feed containing folic acid coated with oil and fat to poultry. The oil and fat contains preferably vitamin D. It is preferable that the feed contains per kg 5-150 mg of folic acid and 5,000 IU of vitamin D.
